Hospitality Management |
BA Hospitality Management aims to develop capability
in technical, supervisory and managerial aspects of the
hospitality business. The course equips students with
both the academic and vocational skills necessary to
build a professional career in the hospitality industry. It
takes a multi-disciplinary approach to the management
of hospitality products and services and encourages
students to develop a strategic approach to the everchanging
business, economic and social demands
placed on the industry.
Successful completion of all the modules in three years,
given in the following structure, would earn you a
bachelor degree in Tourism and Hospitality
Management. Students who wish to proceed for the UK
body degree would be able to transfer to London South
Bank University if they register with OTHM (Organization
for Travel and Hotel Management) and take external
exams of all the modules being taught
