Attendance
A record of attendance is kept for each student, which reflects his or her academic performance. All students are expected to attend their classes according to their timetable and required number of hours. A student may not be allowed to take an examination if he/she fails to keep the attendance of the classes below 80% of the required hours. In case of difficult circumstances the College must be informed immediately to seek an advice. Also, in case of an illness of three days or more, a Medical Certificate will be necessary. Extra classes may be necessary to complete the shortages, at extra cost to the student.

Regularity
Teachers report the latecomers to the Record Office on regular bases. A student late for 10 minutes in the class may be considered absent. Habitually absent students have to respond and explain in writing regarding their difficulties to keep in their Academic Performance Record. The Admission Office may suspend such student from the College, without any liability to the College.

Learning Hours
Full time students are expected to attend daytime classes for 15-21 hours per week, Monday through Friday, depending upon their curricula. Extra time from students of Information Technology is expected for their personal benefit.

Books and Stationery
The College is assisting students in acquiring recommended textbooks and relevant material at reasonable costs. However, some reference material is available at the College library for consultation. Students, in advance, must arrange the textbooks and concerned course study materials for their classes. Students should also arrange other stationery materials for their needs.

Examination Entry
Only those students, who complete their attendance requirement, do not have any pending financial dues or not barred by the Administration due to some disciplinary problems and/or have no discrepancies in their academic record, are allowed to take the periodic examinations, provided the Head of their Department has recommended them for taking such exam.

Usually the College informs, advises and assists students in different external examination entry procedures but it is the responsibility of students to keep themselves informed and prepared for such examinations as recommended by the college and register with these authorities as Student Members, well in time. Students pay all student examination and membership fees. The College does not charge any fee for facilitating students for these memberships.
